Mustique is a 1,400 acre exclusive private island with lush rolling terrain surrounded
by nine pristine white sand beaches and crystal clear aquamarine waters. It is located
in the Northern Grenadines 18 miles south of St. Vincent, 110 miles west of Barbados
and is 3 miles long and 1.5 miles wide. The island offers incredible natural beauty,
peace, tranquillity and privacy. A range of activities including diving and sailing
around the picturesque Grenadine Islands, tennis, horse riding and a beach front
spa. Mustique can be reached by air from Barbados, St. Vincent, Martinique and St.
Lucia.
A truly charming Caribbean villa that is located with direct access to the beach
and offers some of the most spectacular views within a unique architectural style
of “framed” outlooks from each window. Set in well-tended tropical gardens,
Seascape is superbly designed with cool verandas leading from all living areas including
each of the bedroom suites, offering excellent privacy and seclusion. The master
bedroom, formal living and dining rooms are located on the ground level. There are
steps down to the lower level featuring two further bedrooms, separated by a spacious
media room. Each well-appointed bedroom has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom.
There is one twin bedroom and the Master and first bedroom have king size beds.
Leading from the terrace is the main pool with a dining and sitting gazebo on either
side. Steps lead down to the gardens and a short walk to the beach where one finds
another swimming pool with sun loungers and a delightful dining gazebo. Seascape
is ideal for couples sharing and for families with older children (smaller children
require a nanny and there are a number of steps).
